Everyone wants to look better fast. And unfortunately that is the number one reason why people fail. It’s not what was promised to you in a 3-Month Beach Body Program sold by a half-naked man who already have the body you aspire to have from his years of training.

You don’t have to kill yourself like what you saw on The Biggest Loser either. That’s a reality show, and your reality is so much different from staying in a house full of contestants with the same goal, with all the time to focus solely on exercise and nutrition.

When you fall into the trap of wanting to do things the fast way, you tend to skip steps that are essential for you to do things the right way.

Even when you choose to do things the right way, there’s a plethora of information out there –  some reliable, some don’t work for you, and many are simply rubbish. Which ones should you follow?

What Is It

Online Coaching is a 100% virtual exercise and nutrition coaching system – think of it as having your personal coach in your pocket. It breaks boundaries and allows me to coach you regardless of where you are. Everything happens via the TRANSFORM mobile app, and I will coach you holistically in exercise, nutrition and recovery in order to achieve your fitness goals. You will also get accountability and support through email, check-in calls and in-app chats to help you stay on track.

Workout efficiently with your customized workout program that evolves as you progress. Your goals, experience, preferences, time availability and movement restrictions will be considered in the design of your programs. There are videos and written instructions for each exercise to help you perform them safely. I will be guiding you week on week so you know the next targets to hit as you improve at the gym. You’ll know exactly what to do when you reach the gym, you carry out the plan, you get done and leave, no time-wasting. 

Online Coaching gives great flexibility and efficiency. It is perfect for you if you have a mobile schedule or simply prefer to workout in your own time and place. Gone are the days when you have to negotiate a specific time slot with your personal trainer, which may not be the most ideal for you, and having to rush to the gym for your session. With Online Coaching, you get to execute your exercise program according to your own pace and customized program duration. You get to the gym at your preferred time, you carry out your plan, you get done and leave, no time-wasting.

Online Coaching is really the more effective and affordable way I can offer my services to help you reach your fitness goal. Your exercise program is customized based on your needs, and you can have as many workout days and modalities as you like, with a fixed monthly fee that provides more value than hiring an in-person personal trainer 3 times a week.

Who Is It For

Application to work with me through Online Coaching is open to: 

  1. Men, ideally 30 – 55 years young. This is the demographic that I understand and work best with in a 100% virtual setting.
  2. People with a fitness goal to look and feel better. You’re looking to get stronger, build muscle, lose fat, look fitter, or simply feel more energized and confident.
  3. People who need guidance to achieve their fitness goal. You’re currently unsure about what you need to do or where to start in order to move towards your goal.
  4. People who work best with accountability and regular feedback. You’re likely to stay motivated and thrive when your coach is monitoring your progress through regular communication.
  5. Individuals with some experience in the gym. Familiarity in handling gym equipments and free-weights is crucial as you will be executing the exercise program independently.

Apart from that, in order to ensure you get the most out of your investment in the Online Coaching, it’s important that you run through the checklist below to determine if it is something that works for you:

  • You have access to gym equipments. Your program involves resistance training and the more options you have – dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, cables etc, the more variety you get to enjoy.
  • You’re able to hit the gym at least 3 times a week. This is the minimum commitment to exercising required to get results within a reasonable time frame.
  • You’re willing to work on better food choices and portion tracking. Nutrition is the biggest factor when it comes to your health, how you feel and ultimately your body transformation. There is no shortcut for this, but it does get easier as you gain more experience. The good news is you will be guided and we’ll work at your pace.
  • You don’t have current major injuries, illnesses or post-op complications. I’m a certified personal trainer, not a medical professional or physical therapist. If you are in any serious conditions and physical activities might jeopardize your safety, you need to get treatment from qualified medical professionals first and get their clearance to exercise.

Let's Get This Straight...

Online Coaching can be super effective for you, but it is not a magical solution.

Simply spending your money on this Online Coaching will not give you results, although it feels like you’re ‘doing something’.

You need to be prepared to put in the hard work both in and out of the gym consistently for an extended period of time before you can see physical progress.

We’ll work together on exercise, nutrition and recovery, and you have to be willing to explore habitual changes that will work for you in achieving your goal. Baby steps or giant ones, we will decide together.

I’ll be completely frank with you – your transformation journey is not going to be a straight road. There will be days when you feel like you’ve aced your workout and nutrition, then there will be others when you feel defeated.

You might question yourself if it is all worth it.

You have to get used to feeling uncomfortable sometimes as you make changes to your lifestyle. My job is to be there to coach you and help you make decisions that will move you in the right direction.

What To Expect After You Apply

I am fully transparent and want to make sure I can help you with your fitness goals before you come onboard. So, if I don’t think I can help you out through Online Coaching for any reason, I will explain to you why and recommend some alternatives. Otherwise:

  1. I will email you to arrange for a Skype call with me. During the call, I will address any doubts or concerns you may have. You may ask any questions you need further clarification on. We will also discuss on coaching plans available, fees and house rules.
  2. Once you have decided on the coaching plan that suits your needs best, I will send you a secure Paypal or Stripe online payment link to complete the sign up process.
  3. You will receive an email within 1 working day (from payment date) with instructions on how to downloads the TRANSFORM mobile app and set up your profile.
  4. Your program will be set up and delivered to you via the TRANSFORM mobile app within 2 working days (from payment date) and you’re all set to start!
