Hi, I'm Wayne Lim

ACE-certified Personal Trainer & PN Level 1 Coach.

I’ve been strength training for over 20 years. For much of that time I was working as a petroleum engineer β€” juggling long hours, food prep, and consistent workouts. So I know first-hand how challenging it can feel to balance fitness with a busy lifestyle.

After a decade in the corporate world, I decided to pursue my passion in fitness full-time. For the past 8 years I’ve been coaching clients across Kuala Lumpur, helping them train smarter, stay consistent, and see results they can sustain.

I believe every individual is different β€” with unique goals, abilities, and pace. That’s why every workout programme should be personalised. My job is to move alongside you, adjusting as needed, so that progress feels both achievable and sustainable. Alongside my in-person coaching, I also run TRANSFORM, an online platform that helps men over 30 get stronger, fitter, and more confident. But when it comes to personal training, I work with people from all walks of life. The upside of being in-person is that I can catch the things online coaching can’t β€” like making real-time exercise adjustments for a female client depending on her energy levels throughout her cycle, or modifying workouts for mature adults dealing with muscular or joint discomfort.
